1.1 Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed only after the full payment is received. Prices are charged per night plus VAT and service charges will be applicable.
1.2 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms provided during the booking process. Refunds if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
1.3 Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. Any damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit.
2.1 Check-In:
Check-in time will be available as per the booking. Keys will be provided either at the property or at a designated location. Early check-in may be arranged upon request and availability.
2.2 Check-Out:
Check-out must be completed by the designated time on the departure date. Late check-outs may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.3 Cleaning Services:
Properties are cleaned before check-in and after check-out. Daily cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
3.1 Self-Service Apartments:
Our properties are self-service. Residents are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during their stay.
3.2 No Illegal Activities:
The possession or use of illegal substances, including drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate eviction and legal action.
3.3 Noise Levels:
Residents must respect the comfort of neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
4.1 Personal Belongings:
Residents are responsible for their personal belongings. Gstaad and Bariloche Vacanza will not be liable for any lost or stolen items.
4.2 Damage to Property:
Any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs will be added to the final bill.
4.3 Photo Documentation:
Photos and videos of the property will be taken before check-in to document the property’s condition.
Pet-friendly properties are available upon request. Residents who bring pets must ensure the property is kept clean and undamaged. Additional charges may apply for pets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated outdoor areas may be provided for smoking, where applicable.
Residents must comply with all UK laws and regulations during their stay. Any violations will be reported to the authorities and may result in immediate eviction.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund.
